- Visitors are allowed in common areas only
- We are not responsible for your belongings
- Kindly keep your valuables locked in the drawers provided

- The premises is equipped with CCTV recording for safety monitoring

Collection of Information
We collect your personal information relating to your identity, demographics and when you use our platform, services or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship and related information provided from time to time. Some of the information that we may collect includes but is not limited to Information provided to us during sign-up/registering or using our Platform such as name, date of birth, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID, occupation and any such information shared as proof of identity or address. We may also request you to share your PAN, GST number, Government issued ID cards/number and Know-You-Customer (KYC) details to check your eligibility for certain products, services or events including but not limited to credit and payment products.
Use of Information
We use personal information to provide the services you request. To the extent we use your personal information to market to you, we will provide you the ability to opt-out of such uses. We use your personal information for the safety of our guests and to understand who we are accommodating at our properties for the safety of our staff; enhancing customer experience; to resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote a safe service; collect money; measure consumer interest in our products and services, inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our terms and conditions; conduct marketing research, analysis and surveys; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection of information.
We will ask for your permission to allow us access to your text messages (SMS), instant messages, contacts in your directory, camera, photo gallery, location and device information: (i) to send commercial communication regarding your orders or other products and services (ii) enhance your experience on the platform and provide you access to the products and services offered. You understand that your access to these products/services may be affected in the event permission is not provided to us.
In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we collect and analyse demographic and profile data about users’ activity on our platform. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our platform. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. We will occasionally ask you to complete surveys conducted either by us or through a third- party market research agency. These surveys may ask you for personal information, contact information, gender, date of birth, demographic information (like pin code, age or income level) attributes such as your interests, household or lifestyle information, your purchasing behaviour or history preference and other such information that you may choose to provide. The survey may involve collection of voice data or video recordings. Participation in these surveys are purely voluntary in nature. We use this data to provide you with content that we think you might be interested in
Reservation Data
In order for us to confirm a reservation for you, we do require some information. This will usually consist of:
– Your name
– Telephone or mobile number – in case of an emergency
– Gender
– Nationality
– Date of Birth
– Identification data i.e. Passport, Driving License details
– Credit card details, including the three-digit code that appears on the back of your credit card
– Date of arrival and departure
– Email address
Upon arrival, we will require the same information from your fellow travellers. Please ensure they are all aware of this to ensure a quick and efficient check-in.
Credit Card Data
In order to guarantee reservations via all channels (telephone, website or smartphone application, but not restricted to), we require a full 16 digit debit/credit card number, name on the card, card type (we accept VISA, Mastercard or Maestro), three-digit security code and the expiry date.
Your debit/credit card details are only used to secure your booking and XPLOREST will only debit the account if you do not follow our cancellation policy. XPLOREST indemnifies itself against all data use on and reservations made via third party websites/agents. Please refer to their relevant privacy policy and terms and conditions.
How We Use Cookies
When you use our websites, we aim to make your experience engaging. In order to do this, we use cookies. Cookies are small text files which are sometimes downloaded on your computer or mobile device when you first visit our website so that we can remember who you are.

Photography And Film
No permission is needed to take photos or film at our properties. However, we do ask if photographing or filming other guests not part of your group that you seek permission from them first. Verbal consent is solicited as a goodwill gesture.
On occasions, we may commission crews to film or take photographs at our properties for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, you are required to voluntarily leave the filming or photography area.
Disclosing Your Information To Third Parties
Other than the for the purposes referred to in this policy, we will not disclose any personal information without your permission unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if required to do so by court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud).
Consent
By visiting our platform or by providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure and otherwise processing of your information (including sensitive personal information) in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is allowed 72 hours ahead of the earliest check-in date if the booking made with us directly
- Full refund will be provided within 48 Hours of cancellation
- If the booking was made through a travel agency (such as Booking.com, etc..), you must cancel or amend your reservation with the agency
